Cloud Infrastructure&Operations Engineer, Atlanta

Summary: Work Mode: 100% Remote Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the success of a product or group of products. Define over 200 offer variables for each new offer request using the Final Marketing Checklist form. Implement product offers and promotions, delivering 4-6 projects quarterly. Gain requirements alignment and communicate offers and product requirements across various organizations including Strategy, IT, Engineering, Customer Care/Sales Ops, and Legal. Break down business needs into technical requirements for IT; ensure representation of business and broader needs for every project. Write/review features&capabilities; collaborate with design, engineering/tech teams, and GTM on project launch activities. Provide ongoing product surveillance and management to attain financial objectives. Manage cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and launch. Participate and consult in quarterly PI Planning. Conduct risk analysis and recommend alternative options to influence decisions. Consult with marketing partners to identify solutions achieving business goals. Act as a liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to develop service delivery and channel enablement plans. Develop, maintain, and distribute project management deliverables for successful launches. Provide weekly readouts to leadership regarding products and plans. Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources. Requirements: DTV and/or television/cable billing and ordering experience or equivalent. Knowledge of C3, STMS, Enabler, OMS, Online, Salesforce, and/or front-end ordering systems is highly desired. Knowledge of consumer business lines, including DIRECTV and television/cable programming, packages, and products. Ability to lead projects across multiple organizations such as IT, Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy, and Offer Execution. Required Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficient in Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience in the television or cable industry. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and other related systems.
