Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team! This role involves operating finishing and supporting assembly operations, handling materials, and keeping the production area running smoothly. This position will also grow into operating a forklift and driving a box truck between plant locations once hired full-time.

Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Operate Roto Finish, Stahli Grinder, Burnishing machines
• Load/unload parts and materials into machines
• Move product between departments (Assembly, weighing, finishing, etc.)
• Assist Assembly team as needed
• Perform basic quality checks and record results
• Transport and stock packaging materials
• Empty scrap, trash, and maintain clean work areas
• Unload trucks and assist with receiving 

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow directions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Standing/walking most of the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving materials
• Ability to lift up to 75–80 lbs
• Pushing carts or materials (with equipment)

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
