We’re looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our tight-knit team of real estate professionals in their efforts to build the best brand recognition in town. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, community events, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Compensation: $50,000 yearly Responsibilities: Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Regularly update social media and respond to followers Develop branded marketing materials such associal posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written Plan, organize, and implement community events both at the office and at off-site locationsWork closely with our team of agents, fielding and executing requests for marketing materials, closing gifts, and other client-based engagement ideasManage a list of preferred vendors and facilitate relationship-building opportunities via meeting presentations, event sponsorships, and marketing of their partnership with the team Qualifications: Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills Experience withsocial media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Demonstrate the ability to think outside the box with a flair for creativityMust be a self-starter with the ability to multitaskand pivot in an ever-evolving environmentExperience with Canva and Adobe required About Company Janice Overbeck Real Estate serves real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Greater Atlanta Area.
