Interns will actively contribute to community goals and day-to-day operations while being empowered to share innovative ideas and take initiative on projects. The program aims to equip interns with core competencies and foundational knowledge essential for success in property management.Key Responsibilities: Articulate the value of community features tailored to individual customer needs. Conduct comprehensive leasing activities, including community tours, application processing, and lease preparation. Cultivate a customer-focused attitude to enhance residents' living experience through relationship building.Develop and execute marketing activities, creating content for innovative marketing and social media campaigns. Enhance community visibility, increase traffic, and generate online reviews. Research current market and competitor conditions to inform strategic decisions. Monitor factors influencing community occupancy and sales results.Drive occupancy and individual sales goals through proactive follow-up with potential and current residents via emails and calls. Contribute to operational and company objectives through leasing and resident retention programs. Assist in planning and executing resident events to foster community engagement.Schedule and Commitments: Weekend work is a requirement. Participate in educational and social events throughout the program, facilitating knowledge sharing, professional development, and networking.
