This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications, building relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services, assisting customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences, supporting marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events, tracking activity goals and contributing to office business objectives, and working closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, organizational and time-management abilities, and previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred. Compensation: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month.Our team works hard to reach our goals together as a team and have fun while we are doing it!
