Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records. Provide clear explanations of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure an efficient workflow.What We're Looking For Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.Valid driver's license (required). Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Additional Details Job Type: Full-time Shift: 10-hour shifts, including weekends (rotating schedule). Location: In-person in Cumming, GA (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
