Operations Logistics Associate

As an Operations Logistics Associate for manufacturing operations, you'll be responsible for understanding and adhering to all warehouse processes, inventory integrity, and operational process improvements. Your role will include kitting, lineside delivery to general assembly, and milk-run preparation and execution to provide a great customer experience.Required Skills&Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

HS Degree or GED User-level computer knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) 6 - 8 years of experience Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to quickly problem solve and deliver in high-pressure situations Possess a "get it done" attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasksAbility to successfully collaborate between the warehouse and production teams and work in a fast-paced environment Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen Prior work experience in the manufacturing industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

Manage all warehouse material flow processes to/from dock to production/shipping via all transport conveyance methods (forklift, on foot, etc.) Use systems technology to input, retrieve inventory and parts data, and process material movements throughout the warehouse Assess material needs for assigned production areas throughout the shift and pull materials using an information system to support the production scheduleResolve inventory errors through physical and systemic identification in conjunction with warehouse tools Adhere to all warehouse safety standards including PPE Maintain 5S of work area Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers Support with indirect material storage to assist key stakeholders within the networkCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure parts are delivered to general assembly and base operations customers
