Daffy Ducts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service&Installation Field Manager to lead and manage field operations, ensuring the highest level of service quality and installation efficiency. This role involves direct supervision of field technicians, coordination of service schedules, and implementation of operational standards to meet customer expectations and company goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of problem-solving in the field, maintaining strong communication between field teams and office staff, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily field service and installation activities. Coordinate and schedule field technicians to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during field operations. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to field staff.Liaise between field teams and office management to facilitate communication and problem resolution. Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service and installation tasks. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to field activities. Oversee hiring and training of new employees.Requirements
Proven experience in field management within HVAC, service, and installation industries. Service Titian is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits
