Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our onsite team in Atlanta, GA. This role is for a 4-month project involving full life cycle software development. You will work closely with technical leads, project managers, and business teams to design, develop, and support enterprise-level Java applications.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and support Java-based applications. Lead technical design and code reviews. Maintain and enhance existing software systems. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Write clear and concise technical documentation. Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Required Skills&Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of experience in Java and full stack development. Strong in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Angular (v2+), JavaScript, jQuery, and related frameworks. Familiar with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.Solid understanding of SOA, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML/XSLT. Experience in secure coding practices (OWASP top 10). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Experience: Integration with disparate systems.Experience with C# and.NET technologies is a plus. Working knowledge of agile development practices. Familiar with enterprise architecture patterns. Additional Requirements: Must be able to explain technical choices clearly. Comfortable discussing resume and work history in detail. Able to answer technical and secure coding questions confidently.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
