Autonomy Staffing is hiring swing shift machine operators to join a well-established manufacturing client in the steel wire industry. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable, growth-oriented company offering strong pay progression and long-term career potential. Shift hours: 2:30 PM

10:30 PM or 3:00 PM

11:00 PM, Monday through Friday (with overtime opportunities) Pay: Starting at $23/hour, with an automatic increase to $26/hour after 90 days What you'll do: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture steel wire products Load raw materials and unload finished product Perform routine quality checks throughout your shift to ensure product meets specificationsMake minor adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production flow Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report any concerns to the shift lead or maintenance team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Requirements: Prior machine operating experience required (manufacturing, production, or industrial setting)Comfortable working 50 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays as needed Able to work in a dirty/industrial environment around metals, dust, and heavy machinery Able to perform physical work
