If this sounds like you, join the Partridge Inn Sales team as we rebuild our department to dominate the hotel and events market!

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of keeping office organized and well stocked
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Take down leads and provide basic sales information
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Participate in pertinent trade shows, conventions, and related industry events.
  • Assist in completing assigned quarterly and yearly action plans.
  • Administer proper correspondence and follow up accounts in both written and verbal format.
  • Coordinate with sales team to handle administrative tasks
  • Print, sort, and distribute BEOS and group resumes
  • Input group blocks, rooming lists, and pickup into PMS system
  • Additional responsibilities to be assigned by the Director of Sales

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative experience
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Proficient in Outlook
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Augusta, GA 30904: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
