Description


NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our client team. As a leading consulting firm, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional services to our clients. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

Must work 12 hour rotating shifts- modified DuPont schedule. 1/2 Techs working days, 1/2 working rotating shift, but must be open to both.

Must be Multi-Craft (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)

Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years experience and Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner

Respond to maintenance requests from staff and address any issues promptly

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks as needed

Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair techniques

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification preferred

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform duties that may require standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods of time
