Field Service Technician, Senior, Georgia

Overview/ Job Responsibilities:
Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Field Service Technician at the Senior level to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team on-site in Aberdeen MD. As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in creating clear and concise documentation for technical processes, products, and systems.

 

Responsibilities:

Performs customer requirements analyses for existing or proposed systems to determine feasibility and objectives of requests.

Designs or modifies system and prepares reports, schedules, data requirements, security access rules, and system constraints.

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

Plans and leads major technology assignments.

Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

May supervise others.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a SECRET level clearance

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of six (6) years experience producing technical documentation on programs supporting projects of similar scope and complexity to this requirement.
