Specialty Infusion Sales Manager – Chronic Therapies

Territory: Greater Augusta, GA 
Compensation: $95,000–$110,000+ (negotiable) base + uncapped commissions, full health benefits, etc.

Our client is a national leader in infusion therapy, focused on complex specialty pharmacy and IVIG care.

This is a field-based sales role driving Chronic and IVIG referrals, growing territory revenue, and building strong provider relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals across your territory
• Build and manage relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Partner with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and ops to ensure smooth patient transitions
• Own your territory strategy and hit revenue goals
• Analyze performance and adjust approach to grow market share
• Handle client issues quickly to maintain strong relationships
• Support managed care and pricing initiatives
• Track activity, calls, and expenses
What They’re Looking For
• 2+ years in infusion, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of reimbursement and healthcare sales cycles preferred
• Highly organized and self-directed in a field-based role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
