The role requires engaging with supervisor, staff, and customers via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate document creation (e.g., produce job-specific files) and assist with technical documents and discussions.
Maintain and update program user manuals.
Review environmental documentation and administer regulatory compliance needs.
Enter records into an online database and review digital material against governing criteria.
Conduct impromptu regulatory investigations.
Monitor a project email mailbox.
Support customer industry area needs in accordance with customer SOPs.
Qualifications
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to work remotely and independently; thrive in a busy, multitask environment.
Strong written and verbal communication (phone/email).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Data entry and QAQC experience.
Knowledge of environmental regulations.
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years related experience in a progressive account-able role.
Desired Skills
Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
