About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team.
The CFO will be a key partner in driving financial strategy, innovation, and operational excellence, and will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and directing of the financial services and employer reporting programs.
This role involves advising the CEO and Board of Trustees, staffing the finance and audit committees, and maintaining relationships with participating employers.
The ideal candidate will help foster a member-centric, success-oriented, and accountable environment within the organization.
The successful CFO will have a critical role in the daily operations of the financial services and employer reporting programs, overseeing a staff of approximately 30 professionals and administrative staff.
They will be expected to participate in leadership and strategic planning processes and must be prepared to take on a position of significant responsibility within the company.
The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, and as such, must be a strategic thinker with a strong financial background, capable of leading the organization in achieving its financial goals and objectives.
