About the Role

The Company is in search of a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead its historic and prestigious private club. The successful candidate will be a highly visible and engaging leader with a strong background in multi-dimensional hospitality operations, particularly within a private club setting. This role demands a hands-on, approachable individual with a people-first philosophy, capable of fostering a culture of operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences. The GM/COO will be responsible for the overall management of the club, including financial oversight, strategic planning, and the day-to-day operations of various amenities such as golf, dining, fitness, and social programs.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7-10 years' of senior leadership experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of leading complex operations and enhancing member satisfaction. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to work closely with the Board of Directors, and a focus on both short-term and long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, be technologically proficient, and possess the emotional intelligence necessary to build and retain high-performing teams. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and industry certifications are encouraged. The GM/COO will also be expected to lead the club through change while maintaining its cultural continuity and commitment to excellence.
