Account Representative
to provide dedicated support to employers, members, and beneficiaries regarding
life insurance and survivor benefits

In this role, you'll be a trusted resource-r
esearching, analyzing, and clearly explaining benefit information
to a wide range of audiences.
What You'll Do
Provide dedicated support to employers, members, and beneficiaries regarding
life insurance and survivor benefits
Apply knowledge of
survivor services statutes and regulations
to research and analyze benefit eligibility
Communicate complex information clearly through
p
hone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions
Ensure
accurate billing
and premium payments
Determine
member status
and group life insurance eligibility
Verify the accuracy
of financial and written information before distribution
Collaborate
with team members to ensure timely and accurate service

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma
plus 4 years of related experience
Preferred qualification:
Associate degree in business, finance, customer service or other related field.
Salary
: Begins at $
43,659
if annualized.
