The Office & Accounting Support position is full-time Monday - Friday at our office in Hallowell, Maine.
Job Responsibilities:
General office duties
Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Qualifications:
General ledger accounting experience
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of most accounting office positions
Professional appearance
Previous dealership experience
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Normal office environment
Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry
A high school diploma or the equivalent
