Customer Service Representative - Collision Center
Join the team at White Family Collision Center as a full-time Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our customers.
We're looking for someone who is organized, professional, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekends
What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
Schedule collision estimates and repair appointments
Greet and assist customers in person
Check customers in for:
Estimates
Scheduled repairs
Vehicle pickups
Manage daily repair scheduling flow
Coordinate rental vehicles as needed
Create repair folders and maintain customer paperwork
Ensure repair authorizations and required documents are completed
Make follow-up calls for appointments, parts verification, and estimate conversions
Collect payments and required signatures at vehicle delivery
Complete nightly deposit procedures
Maintain a clean, welcoming front office and waiting area
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable working with phones, scheduling, and paperwork
Previous customer service, receptionist, dealership, or collision center experience preferred but not required
