You'll operate and assist with industrial production equipment while supporting a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment. Learn and operate sealing and welding production equipment Follow all safety procedures and machine guidelines Read and understand basic work instructions Identify and handle production materialsAssist teammates with lifting materials (up to 50 lbs) Maintain a clean, organized work area Meet quality and production expectations Support team projects and workflow improvements Skills and Experience

Must know how to read a tape measure 2+ years of machine operator experience Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic math and reading skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance Warehouse production skills RF welding experienceWe don't hire temps, we hire
