Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for an on-site opportunity in Aiken, SC. The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in creating a smooth and positive experience for clients by assisting with check-in, check-out, billing, records, documentation, and confidentiality requirements. Key Responsibilities - Check in and check out immunization clients in a professional and courteous manner.- Process billing, collect payments, and assist with payment-related documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and internal team members.
- Scan, organize, and maintain documents and administrative records.
- Assist with immunization record releases while following confidentiality procedures.
- Support daily office operations and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $16 per hour, set and final.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule Options: Part-time at 22.5 hours per week or full-time at 37.5 hours per week.

- Provide front-office customer service in a professional administrative setting. - 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, healthcare office, or customer service experience preferred based on role level.
