We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a .Net Core Developer role.The Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) supports and facilitates the certification of Texas educators. This position will work with the ECOS development manager to provide the following Software Development Services: 1) Design complex modules for ECOS and its Accountability System for Ed Prep Programs (ASEP) .Net subsystem 2) Development of software modifications and enhancements including automated unit test cases. 3) Research existing infrastructure and recommend possible architecture improvements. 4) Develop action plan to migrate remaining outdated code from Classic ASP to .Net and .Net Core.Skills(Required): Microsoft .Net and .Net Core SQL Server 2019 Design and write code as required for selected customer systems Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutions Accountability Application Licensing Application Skills(Preferred): Educator Licensing Application
