Who you are

Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.

As the Concierge, youll always display a warm, friendly and professional greeting to all those entering the property. Additionally, you'll professionally answer calls in a friendly manner, while maintaining accurate records of service requests and providing status updates.


What you bring:

High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills


Bonus skills and experience

Customer service background in commercial real estate or hospitality
Excellent verbal communication skills


What success looks like:

You effectively assist guests; provide excellent customer service to customers and tenants with reservations; and respond promptly and accurately to specific requests
You respond in calmly and effectively to any emergency situations that may arise
You successfully maintain all service files
