Overview

This is a Contract to Hire role in Austin, TX. TalentFish is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our premier client. You'll play a key role in shaping their brand identity across digital platforms, collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life.

What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

2-4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).

A portfolio that shows you can follow brand guidelines and push fresh concepts.

Comfort juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Crisp written & verbal communication.

Adobe Creative Cloud (must-have):

Photoshop image editing & retouching

Illustrator vector graphics & logos

InDesign multi-page layouts

Nice-to-Haves

Motion/animation chops (After Effects).

Light web-build know-how (Squarespace / HTML / JavaScript).

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

Create full campaign package scanners, emails, social, and landing pages for automotive dealerships.

Adapt & version creative quickly for individual store offers and regional co-op guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to keep the brand voice consistent.

Stay on top of design trends, especially in retail auto, and e-commerce.

Keep shared Dropbox folders neat so teammates can find what they need, fast.

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $25-$35 per hour W2, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
