Description
• Develop and maintain automation workflows for infrastructure management.
• Enhance dashboards to monitor device health and performance.
• Assist in system upgrade cycles with validation and support.
• Conduct testing of new releases and report issues for resolution.
• Collaborate with technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide feedback on new products and features during pilot phases.
• Offer technical assistance to field support teams as needed.
