Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team. As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's financial management and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing strategic guidance to senior management. Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounting: billing, financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, revenue recognition (ASC606), and various special analysis.

" This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

" Monitor and review financial transactions and activities to ensure compliance with GAAP and established policies and procedures. Also, compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levels. This includes finances, tax filings, and reporting.

" Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

" Manage day-to-day accounting operations

" Assist in the processing and oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable

" Perform Bank and General Ledger account reconciliations

" Responsible for payroll with oversight from human resources

" Assist in the reporting of financial results and variances

" Perform special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

" Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

" Active CPA license required

" Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)

" Strong GAAP accounting knowledge and best practices

" 5 years minimum experience managing an accounting team

" Manufacturing industry experience is preferred

" Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)

" Knowledge of full accounting cycle

" Self-starter who is proactive, takes initiative, and follows through on tasks in a timely manner

" Excellent interpersonal skills and great team player attitude

" Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach

" Solid understanding of financial acumen and business operations
