Business Development Representative (BDR) – Swvl | Remote (U.S.) About the Role
Swvl, a global leader in tech-driven mobility solutions, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its U.S. team.
This remote role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and expanding Swvl's client base across enterprises, schools, universities, and government organizations.
You will execute outbound campaigns, qualify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and present Swvl's intelligent transportation solutions.
This role requires strong B2B sales experience, proficiency in CRM tools, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social media
Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
Conduct market research and analyze client feedback
Perform needs assessments and present tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
Candidate Requirements 3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (technology, transportation, or logistics preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets
Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of complex technology solutions
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong analytical and multitasking abilities
4+ years of B2B sales experience
Prior experience in transportation or logistics industries
Compensation and Benefits Salary/Pay: Up to $50,000 per year + uncapped commission
