About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships with a focus on strategic ecosystem leadership in the healthcare IT sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the partner strategy across key vectors, including clinical systems, cloud providers, GSIs, and resellers.
This role involves identifying and prioritizing partners that can accelerate adoption, scale distribution, and deepen product value.
The VP will also be tasked with building and managing a partner pipeline, leading negotiations, and driving joint go-to-market execution.
Operationalization and scale are key, with a focus on defining partner success metrics, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring that partnerships create measurable impact for healthcare customers.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy roles, particularly in enterprise SaaS, AI, or health tech.
The role requires a proven track record in launching and scaling strategic partnerships, a deep understanding of healthcare data systems, technical integrations, and regulatory context.
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills are essential, as is a bias for action and high business and technical fluency.
The ideal candidate will be culture-aligned with a focus on full-stack ownership, final-mile execution, speed with clarity, and customer-centricity.
Preferred qualifications include experience in building a partner ecosystem from scratch, relationships with key stakeholders, and familiarity with AI product integrations and marketplaces.
