professional moving/packing team. Looking for people with prior experience, part time opportunities available. In this role, you will be responsible for caringly transporting customers' belongings and assisting with moving services while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills (for Drivers), experience in residential or commercial moving, and the ability to handle heavy lifting.What we offer: $19 - $23 / hour based on experience PLUS tips Bonus Programs for Reviews Fast advancement and training opportunities Friendly and accommodating Team What you need: The ability to lift 75+ pounds, bend, squat, crouch, kneel and climb stairs consistently throughout the day Previous experience in moving.Must be a resident of Texas Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work flexible hours as needed. Positive and collaborative attitude, commitment to teamwork is essential for success in this role Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively Valid driver license required for Drivers only (commercial driving license preferred but not required)What you will do: Pack and unpack items as needed during the moving process Basic furniture assembly and disassembly Wrap furniture and items in protective material Load, unload and move belongings, furniture and materials efficiently by hand or using basic material handling equipment, ensuring that all goods are handled with care.Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients and their property Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job Assist with other tasks on the job site as required For Drivers, safely operate a 26-foot box truck or similar vehicle to transport items to various locations, and complete trip inspections.Join the
