/ppWere looking for a jack-of-all-trades with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the drive to see a project through to completion.
This role focuses primarily on the final 5% of our projects the punch list ensuring every last detail is buttoned up before client handoff.
The right person is internally motivated, highly reliable, and committed to quality.
/ppThis is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, but availability during evenings and occasional weekends is required based on project needs.
/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliComplete punch list items and final project details on residential and commercial job sites/liliPerform a wide range of general handyman and finish work tasks, including:/liulliInstalling trim, fixtures, and hardware/liliPaint touch-ups, drywall patching, and minor carpentry/liliAdjusting doors, cabinetry, and built-ins/liliLight plumbing and electrical (non-licensed work)/liliBasic tile and flooring repairs or adjustments/li/ulliSupport design and build teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard/liliMaintain a clean and professional job site/liliCommunicate clearly with project managers and team members/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli3+ years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or handyman work/liliWell-rounded skill set across carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, and finish work/liliMust be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to getting the job done/liliMust be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends/liliMust provide:/liulliList of professional references/liliDetailed list of skills and experience/liliPhotos of previous work/projects/li/ulliReliable transportation, valid drivers license, and basic tools required/liliStrong communication and problem-solving skills/liliBilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus/li/ulh3What We Offer/h3ulliCompetitive salary: $60,000 $65,000, based on experience/liliFlexible schedule with opportunities for overtime/liliConsistent, full-time work with a growing company/liliCollaborative, supportive team environment/liliOpportunities for advancement and growth/li/ulpIf youre a skilled handyman who takes pride in your work and is ready to help bring high-end projects over the finish line, we want to hear from you.
