divh2Bilingual Customer Service Representative/h2pWe are seeking motivated and experienced bilingual (English Spanish) individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives.
If hired, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls.
This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, required computer, hard-wired internet, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work remotely.
/ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliAnswering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance or information as needed.
/liliMaking outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, or schedule appointments.
/liliHandling customer complaints or escalations professionally and resolving issues in a timely manner.
/liliMaintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
/liliAdhering to company policies and procedures regarding call handling and customer interactions.
/liliMeeting or exceeding performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliProven experience in a call center or similar high volume environments.
/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
/liliAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
/liliProficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
/liliReliable internet hard-wired connection, Windows 10 or higher computer and a quiet workspace for remote work.
/liliMust be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
