Reports to the Aquatics Director strongDay to Day/strong

Provide private and small-group swim instruction to members of all ages and skill levels.

Coordinate directly with members to schedule lessons based on mutual availability.

Build and maintain a consistent client base through excellent service and member engagement.

Create a personalized and welcoming experience for members during their time at the aquatic facility.

Promote aquatic programs, lessons, and club amenities while maintaining a high level of professionalism, including wearing a club-approved uniform and nametag.

Ensure a safe environment by actively supervising all lessons and adhering to safety protocols.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked aquatics facility in alignment with club standards./ppstrongAdditional Duties/strong

Will bill members for lessons and turn in manager approved commission spreadsheets weekly

Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to excellence in all interactions.

Follow safe working practices and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Maintain required certifications and pursue ongoing professional development.

Participate in team meetings or briefings as needed/ppstrongAbout You/strongRequired

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience teaching swim lessons to a variety of ages and skill levels preferred.

Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to build relationships and manage a flexible schedule. strongPhysical Requirements/strong

Frequent swimming, sitting, standing, and walking.

Occasional exposure to outdoor elements and temperature changes.

Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50100 lbs. on occasion.
