The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for driving regional growth across the south Texas territory through a targeted sales approach for voluntary insurance options for mid-size organizations (200-500 employees). This position blends business development, channel partner recruitment, and ongoing relationship management. Youll partner with brokers, agencies, and agents within the region to grow product adoption, open new markets, and support existing accounts. This is a remote opportunity within the south Texas region with 25-50% travel to client sites as needed. We are paying $70k base with first-year OTE at $170k and standard OTEs between $200-500k for the tenured sales team.
