Healthcare Business Development Representative, Austin, TX

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Business Development Representative to join the team and drive growth by engaging hospital clients across the United States. 

As a Healthcare Business Development Rep, you’ll be responsible for identifying and prospecting new hospital clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving opportunities for our solutions. You will work closely with hospital decision-makers to understand their needs and position our offerings to help them achieve their goals.

In this fast-paced role, the Healthcare Business Development Reps will generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking within the hospital sector. You will also build and maintain relationships with hospital executives and department heads, conducting consultative outreach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Additionally, the Healthcare Account Managers will manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and meet lead generation targets under the guidance of a Recruitment Manager.

Compensation is well structured and allows top performers the chance to realize their income dreams. The most successful Healthcare Business Development Reps regularly earn above $200,000 per year. This position offers a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus Levels, Sales Incentives, as well as full Health Insurance.
