Shop Foreman, Arizona

Shop Foreman needed for a trade show exhibit house.

You will oversee all aspects of production and refurbishment projects.

Position focuses on Leadership, Planning and exeuction of carpentry projects where deadlines cannot be missed.

Responsibilities

Manage & lead production team toward successful completion of projects

Plan & organize workflow through departments

Attend project meetings & collaborate with project mgmt

facilitate crew discipline in regards to company policies & procedures

Communicate schedules, polices & announcements to team

Participate in hiring process of new team members

Coordinate procurement of shop suppplies & raw material inventory

Oversee quality control ensuring company standards are met

Qualifications

Proven ability to Supervise, mentor & lead a team

Carpentry knowledge

Strong computer & organizational skills

hand & power tools
