General Warehouse Associate
Location: Goodyear, AZ Pay Rate: $***** per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | Schedule TBD Overtime: Required as needed
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our team in Goodyear, AZ.
This is a full-time, hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and a strong work ethic with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Accurately follow work instructions and meet daily production goals and KPIs
Lift, carry, and move products up to 50 pounds as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Work overtime hours when required to meet operational demands
Requirements:
Previous general warehouse experience

RF scanner experience
is a must
Ability to lift up to
50 pounds
throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Reliable
attendance and punctuality
are essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
