Customer Service Representative I

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Qualifications include 1-3 years of effective customer support experience, preferably in a wholesale redistribution environment, strong phone skills, dynamic active listening, impassioned customer satisfaction focus, solid ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations, proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.Duties include building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, meeting call handling and order entry quotas, handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, keeping records and track the pricing for customers, reviewing deduction lists, credit report, and pricing over-ride report, communicating with warehouse managers on late, large and/or add on of orders, working closely with other customer service reps to encourage a teamwork environment, expediting reports (back orders/open orders), tracking status of products and stock requests with purchasing team.Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system.
