Who we’re looking for:

You’ve got a high school diploma (or equivalent), and some retail or sales experience is a plus

You’re good with numbers, good on a computer, and can juggle a few things at once

You’re friendly, easy to talk to, and great at making people feel welcome

What you'll be doing

 

You’ll be the first person our guests see, and the last person that they interact with and that matters! Your job is to make every guest feel welcome, heard, and taken care of from the moment they walk in. You'll guide them through our services, help them book their next visit, and highlight the perks of our Wellness Program.

At the front desk, you'll be greeting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, and aiming to close memberships at 20% or better. You’ll also help keep things clean, stocked, and running smoothly. It might sound simple, but it’s the foundation of everything we do and we truly count on you to keep it all together.
