Reporting to senior leadership, the Practice Director partners closely with a Medical Director, Nurse Manager, anesthesia leadership, and revenue cycle teams to align strategy, quality, and finance; supported by friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team, the Practice Director will oversee accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, scheduling optimization, supply chain stewardship, infection prevention, patient satisfaction initiatives, clinical education, and staff development while nurturing interdisciplinary collaboration and strong physician/APP relationships.
