Senior Warehouse Supervisor, Bel Air South

As the Senior Warehouse Supervisor, you will help continuous improvement in our processes and practices throughout all Havre de Grace warehouses.

You Will

Verifies adherence to all procedures within the Company’s safety program, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the BOS.

Work with Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, and other appropriate resources to develop, plan and implement continuous improvement projects in the warehouse(s).

Establishes and maintains modified FIFO inventory at all storage locations.

Work with cycle counter to ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsible for transaction accuracy, product scanning, raw materials inventory and process reliability.

Responsible for maintaining compliance with BOS work instructions.

Review training materials and update as needed.

Deliver training to all team members and help manage compliance with OPLs, etc.

Conduct investigations as needed in regard to property damage

Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet daily requirements.

Coordinates objectives and initiatives with other departments/teams such as Logistics, Administration, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, Scheduling, etc.

Coordinate and deliver required training sessions and weekly team meetings.

Help train and develop Warehouse Supervisors and Coordinators.

Work with Warehouse leadership team and Steering Team to ensure positive associate relations and engagement.

Initiate action(s) for food safety issues and report the issue(s) and action(s) taken to a member of the Food Safety Team.

Safe operation of tow motor, single forked lift, dual forked lift, or floor jacks in both warehouse and production areas.

Other duties as assigned.

You Have

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Self-motivation and flexibility of job assignments.

Minimum of 3-5 years prior related work experience in warehousing operations

Minimum 3-5 years of previous leadership experience

Strong Attention to detail and proficient computer skills

Proficient operation of forklifts and clamp trucks

Available to work alternate shift schedules, including overtime, based on business need
