Summary

SUMMARY:

 

Under general supervision of the Corporate AVP of Security & Parking, the Corporate Director-Security Services plans, organizes, and manages the operational aspects of the of the Security departments serving Sinai, Levindale, Northwest, Carroll Hospital and Grace Medical Center. Working through the managers, the Corporate Director administers the daily operations within the departments to ensure the safety and security of all of the LBH facilities’ patients, visitors, guests, employees and vendors. Provides for the protection of the company assets, grounds and environments. Directly managing the administrative and technical functions to support the corporate security mission. Provide administrative support for LifeBridge Corporation through effective planning, research, statistical analysis, budgeting, auditing, inspecting, training, and carrying out necessary logistical support functions. The director will also directly supervise the investigators, K-9 special police officers, regular special police officers and off-duty police officers who serve the security department. Responsible for the administrative functions that support the generalist security patrol operations such as planning, inspections, report review, quartermaster, human resources liaison, statistical data collection, analysis and reporting, assistance with budget preparation and tracking, staff inspection and audits, and other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

5-7 years of experience

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred 

Licenses and Certifications: Handgun Permit required; Special Police Officer Certificate; Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred; Concealed Firearm Carry Certification (LEOSA)
