Position Overview

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant and are looking for someone who can provide general office support including assisting with payroll and human resources responsibilities, as well as other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of payroll, input payroll hours, AP and AR, billing, and collections. Responsible for new employee onboarding and offboarding.

Assist with benefits tracking and administration, including 401(k) tracking and communications.

Update and maintain employee files.

Tracking quality reports, expense reports, sales tax, trucking miles reporting, commissions, and bank balances.

Other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Ability to exercise discretion in establishing and maintaining confidentiality.
