Description
Think Consulting is actively seeking a Content Specialist to join our Knowledge Management team. This individual will play a key role in creating and maintaining content for Medicare and Marketplace programs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and revise content products based on user feedback and regulatory updates

Ensure content accuracy and alignment with plain language standards

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content-related inquiries

Maintain up-to-date contact info for contractors and partners

Track and manage content revisions and client feedback using workflow tools

Meet project deadlines and support cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or associate degree with 5–7 years of experience

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Familiarity with Medicare, Marketplace programs, and call center environments preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills
