Learning Management Specialist, Baltimore

Overview:
The Learning Management Specialist provides functional and technical support for Arrow’s learning management system to ensure accurate documentation of training. This position requires acute attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with staff from all levels of the organization.

Min:
USD $45,000.00/Yr.

Max:
USD $55,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Serve as LMS system administrator responsible for managing and maintaining system setup, staying informed of LMS updates and their impact on Arrow’s use of the system, and coordinating with LMS customer representatives as needed.

Recommend and execute changes or updates in the learning management system and supporting documentation to address system deficiencies and user needs.

Manage appropriate helpdesk(s) to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of employee training concerns and maintenance of employee training records.

Triage incoming requests and assign them to other parties, as needed.

Manage agency processes that ensure the accurate and timely documentation of training.

Coordinate the support activities of the LMS support team, including training new support team members, to ensure the accurate and timely documentation of training.

Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.

May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Experience in training or working with an LMS preferred.
