Property Management Specialist, SME, Bel Air South

Overview/ Job Responsibilities:
Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist, Senior to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team.

 

Responsibilities include, though not limited to:

 

Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.

Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods

Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.

Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records.

Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements.

May operate hand, power trucks, and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties.

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.

Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.

Has domain and expert technical knowledge.

Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.

Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.

Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.

May supervise others.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a SECRET level clearance

Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school 

Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience of a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.
