Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in the commercial mechanical contracting industry, with a strong background in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Review project designs, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to engineers, supervisors, and field personnel.

Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions as needed, and maintain quality control standards.

Ensure safety regulations and company policies are adhered to on job sites.

Drive business relationships and maintain client satisfaction to support ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical project management, specifically in the commercial sector.

Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar mechanical projects.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
