Plan & Book Trips- Assist with flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions tailored to client preferences
Build Client Relationships- Provide personalized service before, during, and after their travels
Stay Informed- Keep up with travel trends, promotions, and destination insights to offer the best recommendations
Solve Problems Quickly- Handle booking issues or travel challenges with proactive solutions
What You Bring
Strong customer service and communication skills
A passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet accessMust be 18+ with a smartphone or computer
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
