Contract Analyst/Data Analyst, Hunt Valley, MD

You'll be handling incoming premium and enrollment files for your own assigned set of agents and getting them started in the system. The core of this job is problem-solving and error-fixing. You’ll be the main bridge, keeping both internal teams and external agents in the loop while you handle invoicing and system testing. It’s all about staying organized and keeping solid records, especially when that critical month-end crunch rolls around. Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

Responsibilities

• File Processing & Agent Management: Manage an assigned book of business, intake premium and enrollment files, and initiate the entry process into the Arch system.

• Error Resolution & Problem Solving: Research and resolve technical errors found in roughly 60% of incoming files by interpreting master policy guidelines.

• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate file processing and updates by communicating effectively with external agents and internal teams, including Account Managers.

• Financial Tracking & Reporting: Handle the invoicing process, meticulously document all processed files, and execute critical month-end deliverables under tight deadlines.
