About the Opportunity
Our client, a fast-growing and mission-driven organization, is seeking a
Warehouse & Logistics Associate
to support day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of events and supply management.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who is

This position plays a critical role in supporting logistics from the warehouse to the field, helping ensure that every event is fully equipped and executed successfully.
Position Overview
The Warehouse & Logistics Associate will take ownership of the
full lifecycle of supplies
, from receiving and organizing inventory to preparing and shipping materials for events.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working both
physically in a warehouse setting
and
operationally within systems and processes
.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management (60%)
Manage the full lifecycle of supplies including
receiving, organizing, packing, shipping, and returns
Prepare and stage materials for events, ensuring accuracy and readiness
Maintain a
clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Track inventory, manage stock levels, and support restocking as needed
Perform quality checks on outgoing and returned materials
Support light fabrication/prep work (cutting, organizing materials, etc.)
Event Logistics Support (20%)
Assist with logistics planning and coordination for events
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and local pickups
Support loading/unloading and transportation of materials
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event readiness
Volunteer Engagement (10%)
Support and help coordinate volunteers assisting with warehouse operations
Assist in preparing materials and organizing volunteer shifts
Occasionally support on-site event execution (limited frequency)
Facility & Equipment Maintenance (10%)
Maintain warehouse tools, equipment, and overall workspace
Identify and resolve operational or facility-related issues
Ensure safety and organization standards are consistently met
Qualifications
13 years of experience in
warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
Highly organized with
strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a
hands-on, physical role
Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Additional Requirements
Must be
21+ with a valid drivers license
Comfortable (or willing to learn) to drive a
cargo van or small box truck
Open to
occasional evenings, weekends, and travel (610 times per year)
Must be local to the Baltimore area (commute is a key consideration)
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with
event logistics or supply coordination
Experience working with or managing volunteers
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or inventory systems
